Our Vision

A few years ago, God gave me a vision. The vision was to bring hope to the hopeless and a future to the futureless through the saving grace of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

As many parts of our world continue to burst into war and destruction, the numbers of suffering people are always on the increase. For many of these people, the biggest question is, “Is God in control of His creation?” This is what I call “The Truth To Reality.” As for all of these suffering people, the words hope and a future are nonexistent.

Whenever man-made destruction occurs, the children are the ones who suffer the most. Those who cause these problems (war, corruption, killing, rape etc.) don’t stay around long enough to see the harm they create for the future leaders (the children). The result is that the children grow up almost totally destroyed physically and spiritually. The children are often (if not always) forgotten by society but the good news is – God has not forgotten the children.

When Israel was exiled in Babylon, all hopes were gone and Israel’s future was blanked. Can God forget His people? When the Holy Spirit came upon Jeremiah, God spoke these words through him: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” Jeremiah 29. This statement is as true today was for the Israelites just as it is for the millions of street children and orphans in war torn countries around the world.

Present Hope:

For the children to know that regardless of their circumstances, God has a plan for their lives, He loves them and will care for them daily.

A

Future Hope:

For the children to know that they can be with Jesus when He returns for His church and live with Him forever.

Vision

My vision is to meet the physical and spiritual needs of children in these countries. Whenever the physical needs are met, the opportunity is there to reach the spiritual needs as well. Therefore, “The Lord’s Prayer Outreach Association Incorporated” believes in the following statements:

We Believe

the ministry vision was given by God the Father, through His son Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

We Believe

the task given us is to show the love of God to street children and orphans in war torn countries using the Living word of God (The Bible) as our guide.

We Believe

the Father is our master, Jesus Christ is our leader, and the Holy Spirit is our teacher.

We Believe

the vision is to meet the physical needs (home care, parental care, education care, health care and etc.) of street children and orphans in war torn countries.

We Believe

the vision is to meet the Spiritual needs of these children and Orphans.

We Believe

the main goal is for us to lead the children into salvation (to make personal commitments to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior).

We Believe

God had chosen TLP to bring hope and a future to street children and orphans in war torn countries
